This unpleasant message when shopping online is no longer a problem with ship-it! You simply have the desired products delivered to our warehouse in Austria, Germany or Italy. Afterwards you can pick up your order in Pustertal or receive it directly at home.
"Free shipping for orders to Germany and Austria..."
...but to Italy you are often charged 12 € and more. We bring your package already from 6,5 € from Austria to South Tyrol! So with ship-it you save up to 60% of the shipping costs (provided that the delivery to Austria is free of shipping costs).
How do I proceed to receive shipments from abroad?
After you have created a free customer account with ship-it, you will receive your customer number including delivery address in Austria, Germany or Italy. You specify both with your order.
As soon as your shipment reaches one of our warehouses, we will send you a payment request, which you can easily make by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. As soon as we receive your payment, we will arrange for the shipment to be forwarded to you.
Important: To avoid problems, it is essential to accept our delivery addresses as we specify them. If your delivery address differs from our specifications, delays may occur!

We offer a delivery address in Germany (Augsburg) for bulky goods deliveries with subsequent transport to South Tyrol.

Send or return parcels?
We offer a cheap parcel shipping service from Pustertal to South Tyrol, Italy & the rest of the EU. You create the order online and then drop off your parcel at one of our service points. We pick up the parcel there for you, weigh it, send you the payment request and ship your parcel immediately after receipt of payment.
Attention: Parcel shipping is only possible from Service Point Bruneck and Service Point Kematen/Sand in Taufers.
How much does ship-it cost me?
The initial registration is free of charge. The service of ship-it is only chargeable as soon as we accept your shipment at one of our warehouses or service points.

What to consider before ordering to one of our delivery addresses?
- If you have any doubts about whether your delivery meets our specifications, just contact us before placing your order.
- If your package is subject to customs clearance, it cannot be accepted in DE. This must then be paid for and collected in person (with identity check) at a postal branch. Ship-it can only accept shipments subject to duty in Italy and Austria for you.
- If a package reaches us without correct customer number or recipient information, we will not accept it.
- The same applies to deliveries paid cash on delivery, as we do not bear the cost of the order.
- We only offer various delivery addresses, but never billing addresses.
- We do not accept any liability if your package arrives damaged, faulty or already opened.
- If your shipment contains illegal items or items prohibited for import, you will be liable with the information you provide to us.
- Your shipments will be stored by us and forwarded after payment has been received.
- Storage charges will apply if you do not comply with our request for payment within 14 days.

- Maximum weight per package: 31,5 kg

- Opening hours for deliveries: Monday through Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
- Notification acceptance: there is none, but it is delivered directly
Deliveries to our Italian delivery address (South Tyrol):
- Delivery time forwarding: 3 - 5 working days
- Maximum package size: 60 x 60 x 175 cm
- Maximum weight per package: 31,5 kg
- Bulky goods: NO
- Opening hours for deliveries: Monday through Saturday, 07:00 - 18:00
- Notification of acceptance: within 24 hours
What do I need to know for pickup?
- Once we receive your payment, it usually takes 1-3 business days for it to be ready for pickup at one of our service points.
- You can only pick up your package at one of our service points - not at our delivery addresses.
- A valid identification document, driver's license or similar is required for pickup.
- If you instruct someone to pick up your parcel for you, it is sufficient that the respective person shows your proof of identity or a photocopy thereof.
- If you do not pick up your parcel within 7 days after confirmation, we will charge an additional fee of 10 €. Each additional week that the package remains with us, we add 10€.
What to consider when sending a parcel:
- Your package must not weigh more than 31.5 kg and be 175 x 60 x 60 cm.
- To send a parcel, the order must first be created online.
- Parcel delivery is only possible at the Service Point Bruneck and Kematen.
- We will reweigh your parcel and then send you the payment request.
- Your parcel will be shipped after payment has been received.
- Our service can be used after free registration on our website.
- Our service has been completely digitalized and our communication is exclusively via emails. Please check your inbox regularly, as well as spam & advertising folders.
- We guarantee the transportation of your shipment upon receipt of your payment.
- We do not accept cash, but offer the following payment options: PayPal, credit card & bank transfer.
